• To be able to interact with Business, do the demos, able to work with client partners.

  • Making sure team is following good standards
  • Make sure Code is extensible.
  • Make sure Codes have proper documentation.
  • Setup the code review meeting with client.
  • Maintain Code review comments in share point.
  • Maintain all the channel app documents- UIDD, Wireframes, style guide.
• UI Design discussion- proposing solutions.
• Ability to handle lead triages
• Follow Agile Routines
• Ability to provide effective Status reporting
• Ability to provide Swags/Estimates- in terms of story pointing, release estimation.
• Onshore/offshore coordination
• Effective task assignment to the team
