Job summary

Booker DiMaio is seeking a Front-End Developer with a strong concentration in Section 508 accessibility compliance to ensure the RAD system's interfaces are accessible. The role requires an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph and a hybrid schedule in Annapolis Junction, MD with up to 3 days remote.

Qualifications

Experience building accessible front-end apps using modern JavaScript frameworks.
Hands-on testing with screen readers (JAWS) and accessibility auditing.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain accessible front-end components that conform to Section 508 and WCAG.
Perform 508 testing and remediation using JAWS and other assistive tech.
Document audits and test reports to support compliance.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and product owners in Agile ceremonies.
Integrate automated accessibility testing tools into CI/CD pipelines.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and communicate accessibility requirements.
