Booker DiMaio is seeking a Front-End Developer with a strong concentration in Section 508 accessibility compliance to ensure the RAD system's interfaces are accessible. The role requires an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph and a hybrid schedule in Annapolis Junction, MD with up to 3 days remote.

Qualificações

• Experience building accessible front-end apps using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Hands-on testing with screen readers (JAWS) and accessibility auditing.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain accessible front-end components that conform to Section 508 and WCAG.
• Perform 508 testing and remediation using JAWS and other assistive tech.
• Document audits and test reports to support compliance.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and product owners in Agile ceremonies.
• Integrate automated accessibility testing tools into CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and communicate accessibility requirements.
