Job summary

This role supports the Customer Service Manager, participates in training, and performs all duties as assigned while upholding Food Lion's standards and policies.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Able to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Able to perform cashier/service center tasks.
• Must meet minimum age requirements.
• Must meet physical requirements with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, accurate, friendly service to customers.
• Greet customers by name whenever possible.
• Maintain neat and clean presentation of the front end area.
• Manage cash handling and register operations as assigned.
• Ensure MVP savings center KIOSK is filled and functioning.
• Perform duties as sales associate or lead as needed per plan.
