The role emphasizes courteous interactions, accuracy in transactions, and adherence to store policies. Training will cover CBT modules and daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Ability to perform cashier and service center duties.
• Must meet minimum age requirements.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements with/without accommodations.

Responsabilités

• Smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service while engaging customers.
• Greet customers and use their name when possible.
• Unload groceries from cart to belt for efficient bagging.
• Follow bagging procedures and cash handling procedures.
• Perform checkout and overrides as needed to maintain service standards.
• Assist with Food Lion To-Go orders and front-end duties when scheduled.
