Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Must be able to perform cashier and service center duties.

Responsibilities

• Smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service while engaging customers.
• Greet each customer and use their name when possible.
• Unload customers' groceries from cart to belt and group items for bagging.
• Follow bagging procedures and handle payments per standard practice.
• Maintain cash control and follow procedures for refunds and overrides.
• Identify customers needing assistance and offer to take orders to their car (To-Go).
• Ensure front end area is neat and presentable and report any issues.
