The position requires strong English communication, basic math, and the ability to stand for long periods while lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Must be able to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.
• Must regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful way.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others.
• Ability to adhere to time and attendance policies.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate certain equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and safe work environment.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Process customer information for eligibility and program participation as needed.
• Understand cash register operations and follow cash handling procedures.
• Be knowledgeable about products carried in the store.
• Handle returns accurately according to company policy.
• Answer phone promptly in a professional manner and direct as needed.
• Follow all safety, QA, and company policies in daily tasks.
