ShopRite of Mount Laurel in Mt Laurel, NJ is seeking a Front-End Associate to deliver a great customer experience by providing friendly, accurate service and assisting customers with groceries.

Responsibilities include cart retrieval, stocking, greeting customers, checking prices, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment. Must be 18+, able to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak, interpret and understand English.
• Stand/walk for full scheduled shifts.
• Regularly lift 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and helpful way.
• Work cooperatively with others and follow attendance policies.
• Meet all front-end operation requirements per policy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, organized and safe work/shopping area.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Remove debris and collect empty carts; return them to proper place.
• Check prices and locate items in the store.
• Promote current charitable promotions to customers.
• Dress and groom per company policy; adhere to safety standards.
• Stand at work station as scheduled; overtime may be required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
