Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Effective interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
• Good oral and written communication skills.

• Demonstrate teamwork to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant working/shopping environment.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service with sincerity, patience and respect in all interactions.
• Greet customers genuinely and assist with products, lifting heavy items and retrieving out-of-reach items.

• Oversee front end operations to meet sales, profit and labor goals with cost control and shrink prevention.
• Ensure front end cleanliness, maintenance and compliance with policies and laws.
