Qualifications

• 2 years of college or 1 year retail experience with 1 year supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, completion of a firearms background check and training may be required.
• Associates must attend and complete required trainings and assessments including Open Door trainings and other company programs.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching, training, and listening to associates; touring stores and providing feedback.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties.
• Coordinates activities with key stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and drives store operations, merchandising, and service standards.
