Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of college or equivalent work experience with supervisory duties.
• Retail experience with supervisory responsibilities is preferred.
• Ability to lead and mentor large teams and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through teaching, feedback, and open communication.
• Drive store sales, manage budgeting, forecasting and controllable expenses.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and implement process improvements.
• Develop action plans to mitigate shrink and optimize inventory and merchandising.
