Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete required trainings and assessments.
• Preferred qualifications include leadership experience and a track record of managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates touring stores and providing feedback
• Communicating and collaborating with all levels of associates regarding store operations utilizing technology, business initiatives, merchandising and company direction
• Drives the financial performance and sales by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses in the designated area
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through hiring, training and mentoring
