• Drives store financial performance by monitoring budgets, forecasts, and expenses while overseeing merchandising and inventory flow.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates; hires, trains, and mentors staff.
• Coordinates activities with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and promotes continuous learning.
