Job summary

Walmart Distribution Center in Indianapolis seeks an experienced store leader to drive performance, develop teams, and implement business solutions. You’ll supervise hourly associates, hire, train, mentor, set expectations, and promote a culture of belonging while delivering customer-focused results.

You’ll manage budgeting, forecasting, inventory flow, merchandising, and loss prevention, ensuring adherence to Walmart’s OBW principles and open-door policy to empower associates and improve store

Qualifications

2 years of college or equivalent retail and supervisory experience.
For facilities that sell firearms, this position may require a firearms background check and training.
Associates will be required to attend and complete trainings (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

Lead and develop teams by training and listening to associates; provide feedback and guidance.
Drive store financial performance by reviewing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates; hire, train, mentor, and set expectations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Open Door policy; promote a culture of belonging and integrity.
