Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old (18+ in some locations) as required by local laws.
• Completion of cashier/front-end training on hire.
• Basic math and communication skills needed.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout with friendly, efficient service.
• Handle transactions, including cash, card, and digital payments.
• Scan items, bag groceries, and ensure accurate pricing and order completion.
• Keep the front-end area clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve simple issues promptly.
