The role involves rotating between transactions, bagging, stocking, and front-end upkeep in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to engage customers and maintain high standards daily.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (or 18, depending on local/state requirements)
• Completion of company cashier or front-end training upon hire
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Create a smooth and positive checkout experience for customers
• Handle transactions accurately across cash, card, and digital payments
• Keep the front end organized, clean, and running smoothly
• Rotate between tasks such as bagging groceries, restocking supplies, and handling transactions
• Support with bagging, cart retrieval, stocking, and front-end upkeep
• Adhere to store policies, register procedures, and checkout processes
• Stay adaptable to changing tasks and customer flow
