Job summary

You’ll help customers complete purchases accurately, scan items, bag groceries, and keep the front-end area welcoming and efficient, ensuring every visit ends on a positive note. You will rotate between tasks such as processing transactions, collecting carts, restocking supplies, and maintaining the checkout area.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (or 18 years depending on local/state requirements)
• Completion of company cashier or front-end training upon hire
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout, ensuring accurate purchases and friendly service.
• Maintain a clean, organized front-end area and steady checkout flow.
• Handle transactions including cash, card, and digital payments.
