Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Front-End Team Member to support a smooth checkout experience. You’ll be the last touchpoint before customers head home, ensuring purchases are processed accurately and interactions are friendly.

You’ll rotate between scanning, bagging, answering questions, restocking, cart retrieval, and keeping the front end clean and organized. The role suits someone who enjoys fast-paced work and variety.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (or 18 years of age or older, depending on local/state requirements)
• Completion of company cashier or front-end training upon hire
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Scan items and process transactions accurately
• Bag groceries and assist customers at checkout
• Answer customer questions and provide helpful service
• Keep front-end area clean and organized
• Restock supplies and collect carts throughout shift
