Total Wine & More is seeking a friendly Cashier to provide fast and engaging service, process transactions, answer questions, and ensure customers leave with a positive impression. The role may also involve working as a sales associate or merchandiser and reporting to store management.

You will handle transactions, greet customers, promote loyalty programs, and stay knowledgeable about promotions, while maintaining safety and a clean store environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of work experience, retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Customer service oriented with a team player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers and provide a personalized shopping experience while promoting loyalty programs.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and store policies.
