Job summary

Whole Foods Market Milford, CT is seeking a Customer Service & E-Commerce Team Member to assist customers at checkout, operate cash registers, bag groceries, and support the customer service desk. You will help maintain attractive displays and align with WFM's service vision in accordance with SOPs.

This role emphasizes courteous, efficient service; no prior retail experience required; expects flexible schedule including nights and weekends; physical requirements and safety standards are noted;

Responsibilities

• Checks out customer groceries efficiently and accurately.
• Upholds government regulations concerning sale of alcoholic beverages and taxation.
• Follows proper check, ATM, and credit procedures.
• Cleans and stocks Front End areas, including own register – changing tapes and ribbon as necessary.
• Follows all cash handling procedures – meeting and exceeding regional cashier variance policy.
• Provides excellent customer service and addresses customer needs in a timely and effective manner.
