Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and process sales at the checkout area.
• Operate cashier functions, including open/close register and handling transactions.
• Maintain checkstand area cleanliness and follow store policies.
• Answer telephones and provide courteous customer service.
• Support store accounting functions and handle price discrepancies.
• Process refunds, exchanges, money orders, gift cards, and vendor reports.
• Respond to surveillance alerts and ensure compliance with policies.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicts calmly.
