Qualifications

• Six months cashier experience at Customer Service Desk
• Must be 18 (19 in some states) if selling tobacco
• Ability to pass drug test
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend work and varied shifts required
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
• Accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and support associates
• Perform cashier duties: open/close register, ring sales, process tender
• Maintain checkstand area and cleanliness
• Answer phones and assist customers
• Follow company policies and initiatives
• Handle EAS tags and verify deactivation
• Process refunds, exchanges, and other transactions
• Open/close desk and run vendor reports
• Assist with banking deposits and cash handling
• Provide lottery and other services where applicable
• Assist minors and customers with care and respect
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment
• Manage conflicts professionally
• Adhere to honesty and integrity in all transactions
