Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months cashier experience for Customer Service Desk.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in some locations) and pass a drug test.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Knowledge of company policies and store procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and encourage associates to provide excellent customer service.
• Handle cashier functions, open/close register, process transactions and bag merchandise.
• Maintain checkstand cleanliness and handle price discrepancies.
• Assist with refunds, exchanges, money orders, bill pay and gift cards.
• Provide lottery service and licenses where applicable, manage lost and found.
• Open/close Customer Service Desk and maintain desk operations.
• Ensure EAS tags are deactivated and assist with security procedures.
