Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a customer service–oriented cashier to support check-out, bag groceries, and assist at the customer service desk. You will help maintain attractive displays and follow all store procedures while contributing to a positive company image.

The role emphasizes courteous, efficient service, compliance with health and safety regulations, and willingness to perform additional duties across the Customer Service & E‑Commerce Team.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Good communication and teamwork essential.

Responsibilities

• Check out customer groceries efficiently and accurately.
• Uphold alcohol laws and tax procedures.
• Follow cash handling procedures and safety rules.
• Maintain front-end areas and stock as needed.
• Assist training of new cashiers and team members.
