Whole Foods Market in Florida is seeking a friendly Cashier/Customer Service Team Member to assist customers at checkout, bag groceries, and support the Customer Service & E-Commerce vision. You will handle cash register functions, follow cash handling procedures, and contribute to a clean, fast-paced front-end experience while upholding health, safety, and quality standards.

Prior retail experience is not required, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends is common.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to follow cash handling procedures and Weights/Measures requirements.
• Commitment to customer service and food safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Checks out customer groceries efficiently and accurately.
• Upholds regulations concerning sale of alcoholic beverages and taxation.
• Follows cash procedures and customer service protocols.
• Maintains clean and stocked Front End areas and registers.
• Provides excellent customer service and answers phones promptly and courteously.
• Supports training of new Cashier and Cashier Assistant Team Members.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
• Reports safety hazards and follows company policies.
