You will assist the Customer Service Manager in maintaining front-end standards and ensuring a positive shopping experience for every guest.

The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, efficient bagging, and adherence to store procedures, with ongoing training to support diverse cashier and service-center tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service to customers and greet customers by name when possible.
• Handle checkout, bagging, and payment transactions per standard procedures.
• Assist with front-end duties and maintain clean, organized workstations.
• Identify customer needs and offer to carry items to the car when appropriate.
• Follow cash handling procedures and complete CBT/training courses as required.
