Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Six months cashier experience to work at Customer Service Desk.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and encourage associates to do the same.
• Perform cashier functions: open/close register, ring sales, process transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the checkstand area and assist with price discrepancies.
• Handle refunds, exchanges, money orders, and bill payments.
• Provide lottery service where applicable and follow store policies.
• Respond to surveillance prompts and maintain honesty and integrity.
