Job summary

The GIANT Company in Enola, PA is seeking a store team member to assist customers, scan and enter items, bag orders, and support restocking and front-end duties. This role focuses on accurate checkout, friendly service, and efficient store operations.

Successful candidates will be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and follow safety guidelines. Training will be provided, with opportunities to grow within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations
• Able to meet ergonomic and physical requirements
• Able to operate equipment and tools used for this job
• Complete the company introductory period (30 or 60 days)
• Able to perform all job functions safely
• Meet performance standards including regular attendance
• Wear proper assigned clothes and shoes
• Technical training is required for this position

Responsibilities

• Promptly, at the start of the shift, review the work schedule and prepare for duties.
• Block aisles, set-up checkout areas, and set-up displays as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Tally items, take money, and make change.
• Bag items and put bags into carts when necessary.
