Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a store team member for front-end duties at our Easton, PA location. You will scan and enter numbers at the register, handle cash, bag items, restock front-end items, and assist with store displays.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations to complete duties
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, equipment and tools used to perform this job
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 30 or 60 days
• Must be able to perform all job functions safely
• Must meet the company performance standards for the job, including regular attendance
• Must wear proper assigned clothes and shoes
• Must have technical training (this is a job specific requirement)

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of shift, prepare PPE and equipment for duties
• Block aisles, set up checkout areas and displays as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Tally items, accept payment, and give change
• Bag items and place bags into carts as necessary
