Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to follow company policies and safety regulations.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
• Must meet performance standards including attendance.
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 30 or 60 days.
• Must wear proper assigned clothes and shoes.
• Must have and maintain any necessary licenses or permits.

Responsibilities

• Review shift schedule, prep equipment and PPE for duties.
• Collect and compact trash; operate the compactor.
• Keep floors and work areas clean; perform hourly clean sweep.
• Collect, stack and push carts to the front-end.
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
