Responsibilities

• Sales, Cash and Invoice Accounting: Prepare weekly cash report and documentation; Maintain sales-related information; Process invoices and transfers; Process beer/wine payments.
• Cash Related Activities: Prepare bank deposits; Support cashier operations; Handle payroll checks; Ensure accurate daily cash count; Assist guests with money orders, stamps, lottery tickets, etc.; Process returned checks.
• Cash Office Security: Ensure security of cash office and funds; Maintain cashier tills accountability; Keep front end/cash office supplies.
• Cashier/Guest Service Clerk Performance Reports: Monitor Operator Activity Report; Perform till audits; Maintain daily front-end schedule for guest service.
• Process guests orders to ensure No Noticeable Wait policy is followed; Perform other duties as assigned by management.
