Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Front-End Team Member to ensure a smooth checkout experience and friendly customer interactions. You will scan items, handle transactions, and help keep the front end organized and efficient throughout shifts.

The role involves standing for long periods, occasional lifting, and a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Previous customer service is a plus, and training is provided upon hire.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (or 18 years of age or older, depending on local/state requirements)
• Completion of company cashier or front-end training upon hire
• Basic math and communication skills required

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout, scan items and process payments
• Bag groceries and maintain front-end area in an organized, clean state
• Restock supplies, collect carts and support general checkout operations
