Job summary

Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill is seeking Door Security team members to help maintain a safe, welcoming atmosphere at the front door and inside the venue. You will greet guests, check IDs, handle cover charges, and monitor behavior to enforce house rules with a calm, professional presence.

Ideal candidates bring a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay composed under pressure. Prior bar security is a plus, but not required; 21+ is required.

• Calm, confident energy and composure.
• Strong communication skills with guests.
• Ability to handle pressure and think on your feet.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check IDs at the door.
• Handle cover charges and cash responsibly.
• Monitor guest behavior and enforce policies.
• De-escalate situations with management/bar staff.
• Maintain secure and welcoming entrance and interior.
• Keep areas clean and safe during the shift.
