Job summary

Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill is seeking Door Security team members to help maintain a safe, welcoming atmosphere at the front door and inside the venue. You will greet guests, check IDs, handle cover charges, and monitor behavior to enforce house rules with a calm, professional presence.

Ideal candidates bring a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay composed under pressure. Prior bar security is a plus, but not required; 21+ is required.

• Ability to handle pressure and think on your feet.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

If you’re confident, professional, and great with people — we want you on the team.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet every guest and check IDs at the door

• Handle cover charges and cash responsibly

• Monitor guest behavior and enforce house policies

• Work with management and bar staff to de-escalate situations if needed

• Keep the front entrance and interior secure and guest-friendly

• Help maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the night
