Job summary

Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill in Arnold, MO is seeking Door Security team members to ensure a safe, welcoming atmosphere late at night. You will greet guests, check IDs, and help manage doors and cover charges while maintaining a courteous, professional demeanor.

If you stay calm under pressure and communicate clearly, you’ll fit well with management and bar staff to de-escalate situations and uphold house policies.

Qualifications

• Greet guests, check IDs, and manage door processes.
• Maintain safety and enforce house policies with consistency.
• Assist with cash handling and cover charges where appropriate.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Security experience is a plus but not required.
