Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail or loss prevention experience preferred.
• Able to stand/walk 8 hours and lift 25 lbs.
• Capable of communicating clearly verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Direct customers to the proper area and greet them professionally.
• Ensure bag checks and prevent prohibited items from entering the store.
• Refer questions to management when policies are involved.
• Monitor for suspicious behavior and notify loss prevention or store management.
• Remain at the front end to assist customers and maintain store safety.
