Job summary

BlueGreen Alliance Inc seeks a reliable Door Guard/Greeter to welcome customers and direct them to the right department. The role involves checking bags, ensuring no opened foods or drinks enter, and maintaining front-end security and order.

You will be trained in store layout and loss prevention, monitor for suspicious activity, and coordinate with management to ensure a safe shopping environment. Nights, weekends, and rotating shifts required; high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail or loss prevention experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk the sales floor for 8 hours at a time.

Responsibilities

• Direct customers to proper areas to assist in their shopping experience and ensure they are greeted.
• Check bags at entry and monitor for opened foods or drinks entering the store.
• Be trained in store layout to direct customers and observe for suspicious activity.
• Observe front end operations and report safety or security concerns to management.
