Genesis Health Clubs is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our gym in Overland Park. You will greet members, address questions, resolve issues, and handle essential administrative tasks to keep the club running smoothly.

Ideal candidates bring enthusiasm for health and fitness, a customer-first mindset, and comfortable basic computer skills to support member experiences and tours of the facility.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically greet members, prospective members, and guests.
• Provide a high level of customer service to all members and effectively resolve issues.
• Handle front desk activities including answering phones and checking-in members.
• Take prospective members on tours of the facility.
• Ensure gym systems and processes are followed.
• Enforce club rules and regulations, ensuring club is clean and safe.
