Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Front Desk Wellness Representative to be the first and last impression of our studio, driving membership growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.

The role focuses on greeting clients, educating on services, closing sales, and supporting a fast-paced team in a performance-driven environment.

What You'll Do

Drive Sales & Membership Growth

• Own the sales process from the first client interaction through membership enrollment.
• Meet and exceed monthly goals for memberships, retail products, and wellness services.
• Conduct studio tours and confidently educate prospective clients on our services and membership options.
• Build lasting relationships that encourage renewals, referrals, and repeat visits.
