Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator for Part-time or Full-Time roles. You will greet patients, check them in for visits with chiropractors, answer calls, and promote memberships and packages. Clinic hours are Monday–Friday 10 AM–7 PM and Saturday 10 AM–4 PM, with possible schedule flexibility.

Earn $14.50 per hour plus bonus and paid lunch breaks. You will contribute to a clean, organized clinic and support a team that values TRUST, INTEGRITY, EXCELLENCE,

Qualifications

• Providing excellent services to members and patients.
• Greeting members and patients upon arrival. Checking members and patients in to see the Chiropractor.
• Answering phone calls.
• Re-engaging inactive members.
• Staying updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
• Confidently presenting and selling memberships and visit packages.

Responsibilities
