• Providing excellent services to members and patients.
• Greet members and patients and check them in to see the Chiropractor.
• Answering phone calls and directing inquiries.
• Re-engaging inactive members and promoting memberships.
• Stay updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
• Support team goals and maintain positive relationships.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and organize workspace.
• Present and sell memberships and visit packages confidently.
• Keep management informed of member concerns and follow policies.
