The Joint Chiropractic in Greenacres, FL is hiring a Front Desk Coordinator to support members and patients at the reception, check them in, answer calls, and promote memberships and visit packages. This role offers part-time or full-time schedules and clinic hours Monday–Friday 10am–7pm, Saturday 10am–4pm.

• The Wellness Coordinators primary responsibility is to gain memberships in order to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent services to members and patients.
• The Wellness Coordinators primary responsibility is to gain memberships in order to meet sales goals. *DAILY BONUS POTENTIAL*
• Greeting members and patients upon arrival. Checking members and patients in to see the Chiropractor.
• Answering phone calls.
• Re-engaging inactive members.
• Staying updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
• Confident in presenting and selling memberships and visit packages
• Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager's policies, procedures, and direction.
