• Receiving and directing all incoming telephone calls, taking messages and ensuring messages are delivered in a timely manner.
• Operating copiers, office machines, etc., copying and faxing as needed.
• Sorting incoming business mail and processing outgoing mail including special deliveries.
• Keeping the front lobby area neat and clean.
