Job summary

Picklr, Inc. is hiring a front desk team member for weekends at our indoor pickleball club. You will welcome players, guide them through membership options, and help ensure busy weekend operations run smoothly.

Base pay is $18/hour with uncapped commissions, with total earnings potentially reaching $25/hour depending on sales. Eligible for club credit after 90 days, free membership after milestones, and employee discounts. Sick time and growth paths available.

Qualifications

• Customer service, retail, hospitality or sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Office or club front desk experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced weekend environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests, handle check-ins, and answer questions.
• Give club tours, explain memberships, and help guests choose options.
• Support membership, pro shop, and event sales; process payments accurately.
• Assist with court reservations and registrations for leagues, lessons, clinics, tournaments.
• Restock merchandise and keep spaces clean and organized.

What you'll do

We're looking for a dependable, friendly self-starter who is proactive on the job, solves problems, and shows an eagerness to learn and contribute. You should be comfortable starting conversations and working toward sales goals. High school diploma or GED required. Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful; prior experience is not required.
