Responsibilities include check-in/out, handling guest communications, maintaining lobby areas, and supporting yield management with the AGM/GM.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out efficiently and friendly.
• Handle guest mail and messages per procedures.
• Develop knowledge of hotel staff, locations, rates, amenities and selling strategies.
• Take reservation requests efficiently.
• Manage the switchboard with proper etiquette.
• Block rooms and handle special requests.
• Monitor room availability and assist with yield management.
• Maintain lobby and desk area clean and presentable.
