Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Front Office experience in a hotel.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, guest service, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong computer skills; experience with hotel property management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate front desk staff; support discipline when needed.
• Respond to guest requests and group needs to maximize satisfaction and repeat business.
• Oversee daily front desk operations to ensure quality service and revenue optimization.
• Supervise Guest Service Agents and maintain calm, handling emergencies professionally.
• Ensure attendance rules are followed and regular availability is maintained.
