• Inspire and develop a team of hospitality professionals.
• Ensure impeccable service standards and guest interactions.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to curate dining experiences.
• Drive revenue goals and oversee cost management.
• Interview, hire, train, manage performance, and provide feedback.
• Ensure sanitation and safety standards; maintain equipment and facilities.
• Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory and supplies to keep restaurants stocked.
• Abide by state, federal and corporate alcohol service requirements.
• Support marketing efforts and menu ideas.
• Communicate clearly to staff; ensure attendance.
