You will supervise daily front desk operations, hire and train staff, resolve guest requests and issues, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction across all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

The ideal candidate communicates effectively, presents a professional appearance, and collaborates closely with other departments to deliver exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the Front Desk staff to maximize revenues and profits while attaining optimal guest satisfaction.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate performance and resolve problems; maintain open communication.
• Respond to guest requests and accommodate groups to ensure optimal levels of guest satisfaction and repeat business.
• Implement company programs and supervise Front Desk operations to comply with SOPs and LSOPs; maximize revenues and motivate staff.
• Supervise the Guest Service Agents and maintain calm, professional behavior during emergencies or heavy activity.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
