Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a customer service role.
• Previous Front Desk/guest service/hospitality experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in hotels or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of front desk operations, PMS systems, and guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Support daily Front Desk and guest service operations including check-in/check-out.
• Supervise and motivate Front Desk Agents and guest service teams to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Assist with room assignments, reservations coordination, and upselling opportunities.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and leadership for seamless operations.
• Provide onboarding, training, and scheduling support for Front Desk staff.
• Contribute to operational reporting and daily Front Office procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of PMS systems, loyalty programs, and brand standards.
