Job summary

Carmel Beach Hotel in Carmel-by-the-Sea is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily front desk operations and ensure a seamless guest experience. You will coordinate across Front Desk, Housekeeping, and other departments, oversee reservations, cashiering, lobby presentation, and room merchandising to reflect our hospitality standards.

Description

As Front Desk Supervisor, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience at Carmel Beach Hotel. You'll participate in the daily flow of hotel operations, working across Front Desk, Housekeeping, Bell/Valet, Maintenance, and Breakfast Service to ensure every detail reflects our commitment to outstanding hospitality.

From managing reservations and room assignments to overseeing cashiering, lobby presentation, room merchandising, and service and safety standards, you'll help create a seamless and welcoming experience for every guest. You'll take pride in resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care, keeping communication flowing between shifts, and helping each department work together as one team.

Working closely with the Hotel Manager, you'll help bring our service and safety standards to life, support an efficient and engaged team, and make a meaningful impact on the day-to-day success of the hotel.
