Job summary

MFI Operations LLC is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead our guest services at a busy hotel. You will oversee check-in/check-out, resolve issues, and ensure a warm, efficient experience for every guest.

You will manage front desk staff, coordinate shifts, and communicate with other departments to improve overall guest satisfaction. Minimum 2 years in hotel reception and familiarity with Google Apps are preferred.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hotel reception experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Applications including Gmail, Calendar, Tasks, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and assist in the check‑in and check‑out processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a welcoming experience for guests.
  • Supervise front desk staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and manage room reservations, ensuring accuracy and availability, and address discrepancies or special requests.
  • Resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive and hospitable atmosphere at the front desk.
  • Coordinate front desk operations during scheduled shifts, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, task delegation, and smooth shift transitions.
  • Act as a communication hub between guests and other hotel departments, facilitating effective communication to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and room availability, and generate reports for management analysis and decision‑making.
